Rosyton Says No To Gladman has received additional reports opposing Development, and details of a very similar development proposal by Gladman in Leicestershire which was refused both by the Planning Committee and by the Planning Inspectorate on appeal:
A Transport Report commissioned by RSNTG has concluded that the development is Unsustainable, Unsafe and Non-compliant with current planning and transport policies; and similarly a review of the landscape and visual impacts has concluded that much of first reason for refusal of the 2020 planning application applies to the current proposals.
Our solicitor’s have now issued a further letter to NHDC outlining our concerns around the consultation and the preparation of the Officer’s Report.
After 12 months of campaigning the NHDC Planning Control Committee resolved to REFUSE planning permission at the committee meeting on 12th April.
THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO HAS SUPPORTED THIS EFFORT THROUGHOUT THE PAST YEAR.
Response received from NHDC to our recent solicitor’s letter.
Acting under our instruction Richard Buxton has sent further correspondence to NHDC in advance of the Planning Control Committee meeting which will consider the revised Gladman application at 7.30pm on 12th April. Correspondence included a summary letter, details, and attachments referring to the Environment Impact Assessment and a change to the description.
RSNTG has submitted a solicitor’s letter to NHDC regarding outstanding important issues.
