Therfield Heath Common Land swap REFUSED

The common land swap for the land at the top of Briary Lane has been refused. The release of this land into private ownership was a necessary step in order to allow the start of the bridleway to become the access road for the proposed Gladman development, and this refusal makes that harder to achieve.
