Gladman to submit new planning application

RSNTG understands that Gladman have written to Royston Town Council stating their intention to submit a new application for a development off Echo Hill.

Although Gladman have clearly been planning this for a while and whilst this matter will be decided on planning merit, submitting it now during a national health emergency means it will be more difficult for the community to engage in the planning process. We invite the people of Royston to draw their own conclusions as to whether this could be a cynical move by a company to take advantage of this situation.

RSNTG are asking Gladman to do the decent thing and withdraw this application immediately.
